Heaven what an experience this was! 🙂 And I will gladly do this again .

Brownie
Make batter in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
Line a litle sheet pan 10″ x 14″ with baking paper.

  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 gram chopped dark chocolate (54% to 70%)
  • 4.5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 150 gram brown sugar
  • 400 gram sugar
  • 4.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs  or 5 normal / small)
  • 70 gram ground almonds/ almond flour
  • 75 gram flour

Recipe : Whippen chocolate ganashe with rum.

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler, and stir until it melts together. Remove from the heat. Add the vanilla exstract.
Meanwhile, measure flour, almond and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
Stire  sugar into the melted chocolate/butter.
Then add one and one egg  stirring between each addition. Finally add the flour, almond and cocoa mixture, and mix it well.
Use a litle power and stir the batter until it becomes smooth and shiny.
Pour batten into sheet pan and level with a spatula.

Bake 320 F degrees – in the middle section of the oven, for about 30 minutes.
