This is a flat, dark, and incredibly wonderful brownie. This is so good as it is, and it becomes a party dessert with a little vanilla ice cream and chocolate dipped strawberry on the side.
Brownie :
Line a litle sheet pan 10″ x 14″ with baking paper.
Make the batter in a bowl using a wooden spoon.
- 250 grams butter
- 250 gram dark chocolate (54% to 70%)
- 4.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 550 gram sugar
- 4.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs or 5 normal / small)
- 145 gram all purpose flour
In a double boiler melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat and add sugar, stire well.
Add the eggs, one at the time. Stiring well between eash addition.
Sift in cocoa powder and flour, an finaly the vanilla.
Using a little hand efford and power, stir the dough until it becomes smooth and shiny.
Pour the batter into the sheetpan and level it with a spatula.
Bake 320 F degrees – in the middle section of the oven for 30 minutes, or until the cake loosen from the edges of the pan.
