When you can`t decide
As most readers of my blog probably have noticed, I am a monster for both brownie and cookies!
One day I could not decided what to bake, one or the other. Then on my computer screen a picture poped up when I searching on google, and my problem was solved.
Make your favorite cookie dough and pour over your favorite brownie batter, bake and enjoy!
So today I put together two of my favorites for a chocolate-fiest:)
This recipe fits a 8″ x 8″ pan
Basic recipe for fudgy and heavy brownie!
Now we are ready to get started !
Coat the pan with baking paper and divide clumps of cookie dough into the pan. There is no reason to shaping the dough.
If you get some dough left over! – Bake some cookies as usual.
Pour the brownie batter over cookie dough, level the top. Make sure to get brownie batter between all cookie dough lumps.
Bake at 350 F degrees for 30 minutes in the lower part of oven.
Let the brownies cool in the pan, because it is quite soft when it is fresh.
Cut brownies into small squares by 2″ x 2″ and server.
