Wow! This was a treat that not lasted for long. People simes to love Oreos, and when you put them inside a cookie, they simes to go crazy !
I am going back in to the kitchen and make some more 🙂

It is important that the butter and eggs is at  room temperature.

Let`s get started !

14 cookies

  • 1 egg – large
  • 2.5 oz (75 gr) sugar
  • 2.5 oz (75 gr) brown sugar
  • 4.4 oz (125 gr) butter
  • (5.3 oz (150 gr) chopped chocolate
  • 1 / 2 tsp salt
  • 1 / 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 9 0z (250 gr) flour

Filling:

  • 12 oreo cookies
  • 1.7 oz (50 gr) Philadelpiaost

Combine all dry ingrediets in a bowl and set aside.

Start by creaming  butter and sugar until  soft and fluffy. Add vanilla extract.
Add the egg and blend well.

Then you add the flour mix and stire until completely incorporated.

I reckon that the chocolate is chopped or you can use chocolate chips.
Add the chocolate to the dough.

To make the filling!

Crush oreo into crumbs  using a rolling pin. I used my food processor with the knife attachment. Place biscuit crumbs into a bowl and add the cream cheese, mix well using a fork.

Grab some cookie dough, about 40 grams. 1/3 of the dough will be used on top of the cookie as a lid. Form the dough into a pit and put a 1 teaspoon oreo dough in to the pit. Add remaining cookie dough on top  leaving the oreo dough inside.  Gently press the cookie down.

Cooking time approximately 12 to 14 minutes 350 F (180 C) degrees. Slightly browned around the edges.

They are quite soft,  so  let them setle on the baking tray  a few minutes. Cool completly on a wire rack.
