This is a real treat !
I am really happy with the final result. This brownie trigger my taste buds to heaven.
If brandy is`n one of your favorites, just leave it out. But .. I don`t like it either, but as a combination with the dark chocolate , it does wonders
Use a 8″ x 8″ square pan.
- 100 grams butter
- 225 grams chocolate
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 tbsp brandy
- 60 grams ground almonds
- 100 grams chocolate chips
You don`t need any mixer to make this cake.
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Chop chocolate and add to the melted butter. Stir until smooth.
Then add the sugar. Leave saucepan on low heat a few minutes until most of the sugar dissolves . Remember to stir. Remove saucepan from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Stir in eggs one at the time.
Add brandy to the batter.
Add the almonds and stir energetically for 1 minute, until the batter loses its graininess, becomes glossy and smooth, and pulls away a bit from the sides of the bowl.
Add the chocolate chips.
Line pan with parchment paper and level the batter evenly.
Bake 350 F degrees in the lower part of the oven for 30 minutes
The cake is soft and straight from the oven let it stand in the tin for 30 minutes before placing on grill. Keep like baking paper.
Let the brownie cool completely in the pan, before lifting parchment and the brownie out of the pan.
