I love chocolate, and has a passion for brownies.
This I made with dark chocolate 56% and added mint kisses. It was incredibly good. Sticky, heavy and tasty, just the way I like my brownies should be.
Make sure eggs are at room temperature.
- 100 gram butter
- 225 gram chocolate
- 150 gram sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 40 gram flour
- 2 eggs
- 25 pcs mint kisses or 25 pieces after eight
It is not necessary to use the machine to make this cake. A bowl and wooden spoon is all you need.
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
When butter is completely melted add chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Add sugar and stir well. Leave sause pan on low heat a few more minutes so the sugar dissolves . Stir constantly.
Pour everything into the bowl and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add one and one egg and mix well between each addition.
Add vanilla.
At last stir in the flour. It takes a few few minutes to work batter shiny.
Coat a 8″ x 8″ square pan with baking paper and divide batter evenly.
Unwrap the mint chocolate (or after eight )
Spread the chocolate evenly. If using after eight chocolat, add some of the batter on top of the chocolate.
Bake in the lower section in the oven 350 F degree for 30 minutes.
Let the brownie cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transfering on to a wire rack.
