Meringue kisses !

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3.5 oz  sugar
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon cream of tartar, apple vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  • Vanilla or flavor

Beat egg whites with vanilla, cream of tartar and salt,
until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until very
stiff.

If desired, add taste and food coloring.
Flavor, color, cream of tartar and piping  bags in a roll of 100 pcs, I have bought from
Tomsann cake art supplies .

Pipe or drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, leaving 1 1/2 inches between cookies

It is also possible to use a zip lock bag.  Fill the bag and cut  a corner off and squeeze.

Bake approximately 195 to 215 Fdegrees for one hour. After one hour the kisses will be light and crispy.  Turn off the oven. Open the door 2 «, Using a wooden spoon.  Let sit until everything is cold.
It is difficult to calculate exactly time  for baking / drying, because it depends on how large the kisses are being made …. A portion of 3 white is enough to fill two baking trays with kisses. Both trays can be cooked simultaneously. One at midle /high position and one in midle /low position.

Store in  zip lock bag or airtight container ..
