This dough is best making in a bowl with a wooden spoon.
- 200 g brown sugar
- 90 g sugar
- 115 g butter
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 4 tsp vanilla extract / vanilla extract
- 285 g flour
- 1 /2 teaspoon baking soda
- 250 g chopped chocolate
Melt butter and lett cool.
Knead suger and brown sugar free from lumps. Add the butter and combine well.

The cookie is soft when taken out of the owen, but will set on a cooling rack to be crunshy outside and shewy inside.
